Philadelphia & District Pipe Band is a spirited and dedicated regional competition pipe band based in the heart of the Delaware Valley. Whether you’re drawn to the thunder of the drums, the call of the pipes, or the vibrant energy of Highland tradition, we invite you to join our growing organization.But we’re not just about competition. You’ll see us marching in parades, performing in concerts, and presenting full-scale shows complete with other instruments and Highland Dancers, celebrating the rich culture of Celtic music in every form.Our thirty plus members range from novice parade performers to serious competitors — and everyone in between. The Philadelphia & District Pipe Band is more than just music — it’s camaraderie, growth, and having a great time!
